No. Keep your design and fields. Change the form action and use the field names name, email and message.
What happens when the decision is uncertain?
It reaches your FormHush inbox as Needs review, so you can check it yourself. It is not automatically forwarded to your notification channels. Accepted submissions remain available for 30 days.
What if the AI is unavailable?
Rules still catch the obvious cases. Everything else is saved and forwarded as Unsorted to your configured channels. An AI outage does not discard an accepted submission.
What counts toward my limit?
Every valid, stored submission, including spam. Usage is shared across your account’s forms and resets at the start of each UTC month. Over-limit requests receive an explicit error.
Where does my data go?
Submissions are kept for 30 days. When AI is configured, email addresses and phone numbers are masked before the message is sent to Jev for classification. The demo does not store your text.
Does it work with international enquiries?
Works in any language. Keep your form and write naturally; Jev classifies the message by intent.
