Service and acceptable use

FormHush receives, classifies and temporarily stores form submissions, then attempts delivery to configured destinations. Works in any language. Classification may be incorrect; check your dashboard regularly. Do not submit unlawful content, credentials, sensitive data or unsolicited bulk messages. You must have authority and a lawful basis to process the submitted data, inform senders and protect account keys.

Plans and billing

• Free: 0 USD per month, 100 submissions per UTC calendar month.
• Solo: 9 USD per month, 1,000 submissions per UTC calendar month.
• Studio: 29 USD per month, 5,000 submissions per UTC calendar month.

All accepted submissions, including spam, count toward the account's shared quota. Quotas reset each UTC calendar month, separately from the billing anniversary. Requests beyond quota or rate limits are explicitly rejected and must be retried; there are no automatic overage charges. The empty website honeypot field is required.

Polar is the default Merchant of Record. Checkout displays the final amount, applicable taxes and renewal date before purchase. Paid monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel through the Polar customer portal or contact hello@formhush.com before renewal. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period. Request refunds through Polar or our support address; applicable mandatory refund and withdrawal rights remain unaffected. This local preview does not accept payments or create subscriptions.

Availability and delivery

Accepted messages are stored before classification. If Jev fails, messages are marked Unsorted and queued for forwarding to configured channels. Delivery failures are retried and remain visible for operator recovery. Third-party delivery and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. The 30-day deletion policy still applies: export records you need to keep.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend ingestion and outgoing delivery for an account used for abuse, unlawful activity or material breach. Existing messages remain accessible for review and export until retention expires. Contact support to request review, restoration or closure. A payment event does not lift an administrative suspension.

Responsibility and disputes

You are responsible for your form notices, lawful data collection and destination settings. Each party is responsible for losses caused by its breach to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
